Welcome to AI Harmony. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://aiharmony.in and any consulting services we provide related to information technology.
1. Services
We provide IT consultation services (“Services”), which may include strategy, technical advice, implementation guidance, audits and related deliverables. Specific scopes, timelines and fees will be agreed in writing (email or proposal) before services commence.
2. Booking & Payments
- Payments for Services are processed through Razorpay. By paying through Razorpay you agree to their terms and policies.
- Fees, deposits, and payment schedules will be set out in the service proposal or invoice.
- We do not store full payment card details. For payment disputes or chargebacks, please contact our support at admin@aiharmony.in and Razorpay support.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set per engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, cancellations made more than 72 hours before a scheduled consultation will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds processed via Razorpay will follow Razorpay’s settlement rules.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to systems and stakeholders, and any necessary authorizations. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and fees.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our pre-existing IP and methodologies. Deliverables created specifically for the client will be licensed to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not to disclose it to third parties except as required by law. Confidential information does not include information that is public knowledge or independently developed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the particular service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
8. Warranties
We provide services using reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in india unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with the new effective date.
