Digital Service Delivery Policy (No Physical Shipping)

At AI Harmony, we provide IT consultation services exclusively online. Since we do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products, this Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how our digital/online service delivery works. This policy applies to all services purchased from AI Harmony
1. Nature of Service and No Physical Shipping
AI Harmony provides Online IT Consultation and Advisory Services exclusively.
Service Description: Our services are digital, time-based online consultations scheduled for 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 1 hour.
Currency: All transactions and charges are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Delivery: Since we only deal in digital, time-based services, there is no physical shipping of any products or goods involved. This policy outlines the delivery process for our online services.
2. Service Delivery Mechanism and Timeline
Delivery involves two distinct steps:
A. Instant Delivery of Booking Confirmation and Access (Proof of Delivery)
Upon successful payment confirmation for your consultation:
Confirmation Email: You will receive an instant email confirmation containing your transaction receipt, booking details (date, time, duration), and a unique meeting link (via Google Meet/Zoom/Microsoft Teams).
Delivery Time: This confirmation email, which serves as the immediate delivery of your access to the service, is sent instantly (within 10 minutes) to the email address provided during booking.
B. Delivery of the Scheduled Service (The Consultation)
The actual service is “delivered” at the scheduled time:
Scheduled Service Delivery: The online consultation service will be delivered digitally via the provided meeting link at the specific date and time selected by you during the booking process.
Delivery Format: Delivery methods include:
Video Conferencing (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams)
Audio Call
Screen Sharing and Digital Documentation (if applicable)
Note on Timeline: The service is guaranteed to be delivered at the agreed-upon scheduled time, regardless of when the booking was made.
3. Service Access Issues & Support
If you do not receive the Confirmation Email with your unique meeting link and receipt within 10 minutes of a successful payment:

4. Summary of Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are generally not eligible for a refund.
Refunds: Refunds are only applicable if the service has not yet been delivered (i.e., the consultation has not occurred or has been mutually canceled). Once the consultation service has been successfully completed, no refund will be issued. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
